To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Returns are not given title by Narayanji Gajakwale. Narayanji Gajakwale has the exclusive right to decide whether to issue a refund or cancel an order.
If a refund is made, the remaining amount will be given as shop credit or a discount code.
The order cannot be cancelled after it has begun the shipment process.
Shipping Policies
OVERALL SHIPPING DIRECTIONS:
1. All orders submitted after 12:00 p.m. will be processed for delivery only within 24 hours, and they will be delivered to you in accordance with the schedules specified.
2. Any order placed or reservation made on a Saturday after 5:00 p.m. will be handled automatically for delivery on Monday or the next working day’s evening. Due to the short shelf life of our products, we are unable to provide courier services or pickups on Sundays or any official holidays.
3. Due to several factors, including a lack of stock and overloaded cargoes for delivery, orders placed during any festival month may have a delay in dispatch or delivery compared to its typical delivery timetables.
4. Shipping information entered during the booking process must be accurate; if incorrect information results in a delivery delay, the buyer is solely responsible.
